Our pricing is customized to the needs of your business. Most of our clients hire us to manage more than just bookkeeping—our service packages start at $1,000/month. In the sales process, we will provide you with a few options so you can tailor the services (and costs) to your needs!
Good things take time! Though we can jump in and tackle a project, we typically start to become an oiled machine for our clients after 3 months. This comes from understanding your communication style and how you want your business to function.
This is completely customizable to your needs and will be defined in your proposal! We have a desk ticketing system to ensure all emails are answered within the timeframe agreed upon. You choose, and we make sure to track all emails and respond to them on time. In addition, you only need to remember 1 email: [email protected] We tag the relevant team members to your emails.
